Programmed Energy & Resources are seeking motivated and experienced Drillers to join our Drill & Blast team FIFO from Perth! Onsite the team are using multiple types of drills including SKF15, DI650i and Epiroc D65 drills. Pit Vipers are also run onsite but they are mainly run autonomously.

The successful candidate will have at minimum 1 years experience as a driller and have proven experience in Drill & Blast, Diamond drilling or RC drilling. Drillers MUST also be willing to do drill support duties when required.

Pay Rate: $61.65 Dayshift / $65.02 Nightshift

Roster: 2/1 dayshift and nightshift

12 Hour Shifts

FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Karratha

Role Requirements

  • Current Valid Driver’s License – Unrestricted HR
  • MUST be clean shaven
  • Ability to perform manual, physical work in outdoor and remote conditions
  • MUST have current Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC) – or willing to obtain immediately if successful
  • White Card
  • Valid National Police Check within the last 6 months (or willing to obtain one)
  • Full Australian working rights – no restrictions
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
  • Previous experience in mining, quarrying, or heavy industry (advantageous but not essential)
